All over the world people enjoy sports. Sports help to keep people healthy, happy and help them to live longer.
Sports change with the season. People play different games in winter and summer.
Games and sports often grow out of people’s work and everyday activities. The Arab use horses or camels in much of their daily life; they use them in their sports, too.
Some sports are so interesting that people everywhere go in for them. Football, for example, has spread around the world. Swimming is popular in all countries near the sea or in those with many rivers.

Today my classmates and I went to Pingzhuang Farm for a wonderful eco-travel.
First, I got up at 6:30 and we set off by bus. On the bus, we had a good time singing and enjoying the beautiful scenery outside the window. Then two hours later, we arrived at the gate of the farm, where the farmers were waiting to give us a warm welcome. After we were shown around the big farm, we began to plant trees. It was really a good way to get close to nature and protect the environment at the same time. Next, we had a picnic and it was great fun to eat in the open air. Finally, we were on the way back. Although we were all very tired, our eco-travel was really unforgettable.
