阅读以下一篇文章,使用Unit 17学会的单词和句型,写80字左右关于Richard的人物评价。

Richard was good at all his lessons and always took the first place in his class. He wore the worn-out clothes and had to sell the evening newspapers after school. All his classmates laughed at him except Paula whose father was one of the richest businessmen in the city. She often gave him some food when he was hungry or bought some books he needed. The young man thanked her very much.

Later on Richard and Paula finished middle school. The young man was admitted to (考取) a famous university, but his family couldn't supply enough money to him. Paula decided to support him, but her father didn't allow her to make friends with the young man whose mother was his servant. The girl didn't listen to him and married Richard. She stopped studying in a college and began to work in a factory in the capital. Thanks to Paula, he left university successfully and found work in a big company.

Bad luck! Paula was overtired and soon died. Richard was very sad and set up a tombstone (墓碑) for her. It was written on it:“Paula Smith, the Wife of an Engineer.”

The young man worked hard in the company and about twelve years later he became a famous professor. He had a new tombstone inscribed. Now people could see, “Paula Smith, the Wife of a Famous Professor.”
