Possible version2:

Dear editor,

I am a senior student. I’m writing to tell you my opinion about whether. Students ought to be allowed to watch TV after school.

I don’t think it is right for us to watch TV after school.

In my opinion, watching TV is just a waste of time. We are students so we have a lot of homework to do. If we spend much time on TV, how can we finish our homework? Besides, we’ll get short-sighted if we spend too much time on TV every day. What’s more, I don’t think all the TV programmes are instructive. If we often watch them, we’ll form some bad habits. That’s very dangerous to us!

Do you agree with me?

 Yours sincerely,

Liu Qiang
